Estate Chardonnay
Wine
Clyde Park Estate Chardonnay draws from the winery's Moorabool Valley vineyard, situated on river flats of deep volcanic loams and alluvial silts.
The fruit is a blend of three Chardonnay clones, planted between 1978 and 1996. It is wild yeast fermented then matured with little intervention in new and seasoned French oak barrels.
Lemon yellow, Clyde Park Estate Chardonnay has intense fruit flavours cut by fresh acidity and saline character. Cellaring potential is six years.
